The current  elections to the State Duma of the Russian Federation may not be recognized by the international community. The reason is the involvement of ORDLO residents in the elections.

The People’s Deputy from the Servant of the People faction and the President’s representative in the Constitutional Court of Ukraine Fedor Venislavsky told about it on air on the Ukraine 24 TV channel .

“Any reaction from a public authority to violations of the rights of Ukrainian citizens in the temporarily occupied territories is always effective. That is, we need to assess these circumstances, assess in a comprehensive manner. And we need to see how international institutions react, including the UN and the European Parliament. , concerning these or those events which we now discuss with you “, – the politician declared.

He reminded that the European Parliament had warned Moscow against violating the fundamental principles of suffrage in the elections to the State Duma of the Russian Federation. According to him, with this election the Kremlin is trying to show that Russians live in the occupied Ukrainian territories.

“Since in this case we are talking about the election process in the broadest sense of the State Duma, which is elected, including with the participation of political parties, to distinguish the part of the State Duma deputies who will be elected with the participation of Ukrainian citizens living in the temporarily occupied territories, in principle, will be impossible. Therefore, of course, it is necessary to raise the question of the legitimacy of the entire State Duma, “- summed up Venislavsky.

Voting in the elections to the State Duma: what is known

On September 18, the second of three days of voting in the elections to the State Duma, in which both residents of the occupied Crimea and Donbass can vote, ended in Russia.

Earlier, on September 16, the leader of the DNR militants Denis Pushylin said that the occupation authorities are organizing 825 bus and 12 rail flights, as well as simplified border control for  those wishing to vote in the elections in Russia . In addition, residents of the occupied territories of Ukraine are allowed to vote remotely through the Russian portal “government services”. However, to vote, they must have Russian citizenship.

In April 2019, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree allowing residents of the occupied Donbass to obtain Russian citizenship under a simplified procedure. According to the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) of Ukraine Oleksiy Danilov, in the occupied Donbass,  Russian passports have already been received by 630,000 to 740,000 people .

At the last meeting on April 17, the  National Security and Defense Council decided to impose sanctions against all organizers of the elections  to the State Duma of the Russian Federation in the Ukrainian occupied territories.

  • Also in the Bryansk region, at polling station 131, the Communist Party posted a video appearing to show an election official putting a number of ballots into a ballot box.

A video from St. Petersburg polling station 1809 seemed to show a man placing a large number of ballots into a ballot box in full view of polling station workers. Their only reaction was to direct the man to the exit after he finished.

The account of jailed Yabloko party candidate Andrei Pivovarov posted a video from polling station 3667 in the Moscow Oblast town of Balashikha showing an election worker giving a large number of ballot papers to a young man before he entered the voting booth.

In another video, the same poll worker can be seen giving multiple ballot papers to a woman while another young man emerges from behind the curtain and feeds about seven ballots into the ballot box.
A video from polling station 550 in Saratov Oblast also seemed to show two women feeding dozens of ballots into two ballot boxes. The Communist Party in that region called the incident “another criminal act.”

And a video from polling station 98 in the Russian-controlled Ukrainian city of Sevastopol also showed a group of people — apparently polling station officials — feeding large numbers of ballots into two ballot boxes while a woman sitting a meter away from them watches.

  • “Fedor Venislavsky noted that the European Parliament has already warned Moscow.”
That would have gotten the mafiosi running scared.
A warning from the eunuchs is like a warm shower … nothing to be scared about.

Really? This is the only reason for not recognizing this “election”? The cheating and fakeness are okay?

Be brave, EU. Be brave, Ukraine. Do not recognize this election, for it is a complete farce. The rodent will never relent his place in the crime syndicate hierarchy.
