An auction for the privatization of two seaports in the Odesa region will be held in November

In October-November, Ukrainian and foreign investors will be able to participate in online auctions for the privatization of Belgorod-Dniester and Ust-Danube seaports and the lease of three large facilities in the seaports of Odessa region.

This was stated by the head of the regional branch of the SPFU Alexander Slavsky at the VI International Investment Business Forum Odesa 5T Investment Promotion Forum, reports the  National Industrial Portal  with reference to the  CTS .

“Following the open auction sale of the property complex of the Odesavinprom plant, we are preparing to hold an auction in October-November to privatize the Belgorod-Dniester and Ust-Danube seaports, as well as to lease large facilities in two other seaports,” Slavsky noted.

According to him, the SPFU is also preparing for the privatization of the port of Skadovsk.

Slavsky clarified that the Fund has prepared three large facilities in the Odessa and Black Sea seaports for lease. In particular, a port facility with an area of ​​more than 100 thousand square meters will be leased through an auction. meters in the Black Sea and two smaller objects in the port of Odessa.

The head of the regional branch stressed that the SPFU “not only creates an atmosphere of trust in the privatization auction, but also reliably protects the property interests of investors through the transparency of auction procedures.”
