The Spetstechnomash Research and Production Center manufactures equipment for the production of military ammunition for customers from several NATO member countries.

“Ukrainian company successfully operates in markets around the world. The plant’s products aroused great interest at one of the world’s largest exhibitions – IDEF-2021, which took place on August 17-20 in Istanbul, “said STM Director Serhiy Honchar.

According to him, the company successfully competes with Western manufacturers in international markets.

“Kremenchug Cartridge Plant is the only one in Ukraine. We employ more than 150 people, have our own engineering and design bureau. We use modern technologies, develop new equipment and improve existing models. We already have more than 200 partners across the country. We are ready to implement a defense project in Ukraine as well, “Serhiy Honchar said.

SPC “Spetstechnomash” offers a range of services and products for the manufacture of ammunition for small arms of all major calibers: 9 × 18mm; 9 × 19 mm; 5.45 × 39 mm; 5.56 × 45 mm; 7.62 × 39 mm; 7.62 × 51 mm, 7.62 × 54 mm; 12.7 × 108 mm; 12.7 × 99 mm; 14.5 × 114 mm; 23 and 30 mm.

The technology of production of cartridges is based on use as the technological equipment of high-performance automatic rotary lines, modern automatic presses and the thermochemical equipment of continuous action.

The main advantage of the proposed technology based on automatic rotor lines over traditional technology is that the processing and control of parts is carried out in the process of transport of processed products. This principle provides the necessary productivity with a compact location of equipment and a minimum number of employees.
