RUSSIA SANCTIONED ODESSA MAYOR Trukhanov
Odessa is well represented in the list. Here you can meet people’s deputies Alexey Goncharenko, Alexander Gorenyuk, Andrey Kostin, Alexey Leonov, Igor Vasilkovsky, Anton Kisse, Sergey Koleboshin, Oleg Kolev.
Odessa Mayor Gennady Trukhanov is also on the Russian sanctions list along with his deputy Oleg Bryndak, London businessman Vladimir Galanternik and Odessa businessman Yuri Schumacher.
The Odessa Regional State Administration was also not spared. Under the sanctions – the current governor Sergei Grinevetsky, his former colleagues – Eduard Matviychuk and Igor Palitsa, but for some reason Vladimir Nemirovsky and Mikhail Saakashvili were not honored with such an honor.
Also on the list are Odessa politicians and businessmen Leonid Klimov, Ivan Fursin, Alexander Presman, Dmitry Golubov, Alexander Granovsky and Boris Kaufman, Alexander Urbansky, Sergey Faermark, Gennady Chekita, Vladimir Bosenko, Evgeny Deidey, Alexander Ivanitsky, Dmitry Tantsyura, Pavel Unguryan, Konstantin Usov, Alexander Sheremet.
In general, we can say that the Kremlin authorities are once again uniting Ukraine. People with diametrically opposed views and positions coexist peacefully on the sanctions list.
So, politicians Max Buzhansky, Alexander Vilkul, Vladimir Vyatrovich, David Arahamia, Vladimir Ariev, Andrey Biletsky, Dmitry Dobkin, Boris Kolesnikov, Gennady Korban, Dmitry Korchinsky, Dmitry Kuleba, Geo Leros, Sergei Leshchenko, Sergei Lyovochkin, are now on the same list. Yuri Lutsenko, Oleg Lyashko, Andrey Parubiy, Vladimir Parasyuk, Sergey Pashinsky, Igor Mosiychuk, Evgeny Muraev, Mustafa Nayem, Kira Rudyk, Semyon Semenchenko, Yegor Sobolev, Ulyana Suprun, Yulia Timoshenko, Nikolay Tishchenko, Oleg Tyagnibok, Irina Cherinovol , Yuri-Bogdan Shukhevych, Dmitry Yarosh and Arseniy Yatsenyuk.
The current president of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, was not included in this list, but there is his longtime partner in the scene – Yuri Koryavchenkov. Also under the sanctions were the Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Dmitry Razumkov, NSDC Secretary Alexei Danilov, Minister of Culture and Information Policy Alexander Tkachenko, ex-Minister of Internal Affairs Arsen Avakov and his successor Denis Monastyrsky.
The fifth President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko and his son Aleksey, “bloody pastor” Alexander Turchinov, leaders of the Crimean Tatar people Mustava Dzhemilev, Akhtem Chigoiz and Refat Chubarov are still on the sanctions list.
The Kremlin does not forget about Ukrainian business: Gennady Bogolyubov (Privat), Gennady Butkevich (ATB), Alexei Vadatursky (Nibulon), Andrei Verevsky (Kernel Group), Galina and Alexandra Geregakh (Epicenter) ), Nikolay Zlochevsky (Burisma, Infox).
Also under Russian sanctions are ombudsman Lyudmila Denisova, journalist Vitaly Portnikov, Olympic champion Zhan Beleniuk, deputy prosecutor general, former head of the “war department” Gunduz Mamedov, “singing rector” Mikhail Poplavsky and entrepreneur Oleg Gladkovsky (Svinarchuk).
The military leaders – Generals Mikhail Zabrodsky, Vladimir Zamana, Viktor Muzhenko, as well as the notorious former head of the Foreign Intelligence Service Sergei Semochko – are not forgotten either.
The mayor of Dnipro, Boris Filatov, is on the sanctions list, but the mayor of Kiev, Vitali Klitschko, is not.
For technical reasons, we cannot list all the Ukrainians who have been honored to represent our country on the Russian sanctions list. Anyone can search for themselves in the 74-page list on the Russian government website – it is conveniently sorted alphabetically.
Unfortunately, the list does not indicate what exactly was the reason for the imposition of the sanctions.
