According to the source, the plane dropped sharply over the Tambov region. A possible reason for this, the interlocutor of the agency called depressurization. 

The aircraft continues to fly at an altitude of approximately 3,000 meters, the source said.

The source did not specify the name of the airline or flight number. According to Flightradar24 data, there is now one SSJ100 in the sky, flying to Moscow from Volgograd. This is an Aeroflot aircraft flying SU6416 . At the time of this writing, he has already crossed the Tambov region and flies up to Moscow.
