Besides, it is planned to open criminal proceedings against 12 citizens of Ukraine
The Russian authorities of the annexed Crimea have filed five lawsuits against Kyiv for blockade of the peninsula as TASS reported citing Deputy Chairman of the State Council of Crimea Yefim Fiks.
“We will file lawsuits to the judicial authorities as soon as they are ready, firstly on the water blockade. The sum is already announced; it is about 1.4 trillion rubles ($19,152,000,000),” he said.
Fiks also added that ‘the authorities work on the estimation of losses inflicted in Crimea as a result of actions of Ukraine”.
In general, the occupation authorities of Crimea plan to file lawsuits on five blockades: energy, water, transport, food and banking. Moreover, they plan to open criminal proceedings against 12 citizens of Ukraine, including two former presidents.
On July 22, Russia appealed to the ECHR with a complaint against Ukraine. It is the first time ever when Russia files an interstate complaint to the ECHR. In the complaint, the Russian side provides claims to Ukraine due to the death of people during Euromaidan in 2014, suppression of freedom of speech, and persecution of dissentients, including politicians and journalists, as well as blockade of Crimea.
Later, the European Court of Human Rights registered the complaint of Russia against Ukraine.

Will this court be an internationally recognised court, or a Russian one?
I hope that the judges will see this the way I do:
A car thief sues the car’s owner because the owner refuses to put fuel into the tank.
Only a brain-rotted Ruskie could think up something so perverted.
