SBU summons Russian Defense Minister to Mariupol (document)

The Security Service of Ukraine summoned the head of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation Sergey Shoigu to hand over suspicion under part 3 of Art. 27 and Part 5 of Art. 260 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (“Creation of the paramilitary armed formations unforeseen by the law which led to death of people”).
This is stated in a document published by the Security Service of Ukraine.
The summons was signed by investigator Taras Butenko. The SBU summons Shoigu to Mariupol on July 20.

As UNIAN reported, back in 2016, the GPU reported the suspicion of Shoigu and the leadership of the RF Armed Forces in “especially serious crimes” against Ukraine.
