EU, US diplomats express concern over developments in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus

The European Union and the United States exchanged views on deepening cooperation on key international issues and expressed mutual concern over developments in Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus.

This was said during a meeting between European External Action Service Secretary General Stefano Sannino and U.S. Deputy Secretary of State Wendy Sherman in Brussels on May 26, Ukrinform reports with reference to the European External Action Service website.

“The parties discussed a range of foreign policy issues of mutual concern, such as Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus, and the recent violence in Israel and the West Bank and Gaza. They exchanged views on the Eastern Mediterranean, Western Balkans, Afghanistan, Syria, Myanmar, the Indo-Pacific, Ethiopia, and Venezuela,” the report reads.

During the meeting, the two sides underscored the shared EU-US interest in strengthening the rules-based international order and pledged further close cooperation in support of democratic values, global and regional stability, and universal human rights.

The next high-level meeting will take place in winter 2021/2022.

As reported, the administration of U.S. President Joe Biden is pursuing a consistent course of restoring transatlantic ties that have weakened over the past several years. During a recent visit by Secretary of State Antony Blinken to Brussels, the sides expressed their vision of a “historic opportunity” for renewed momentum in the partnership between Europe and North America.

  • Looks like we have come full circle. Now we are back to just being concerned again. Well you can shove your concern up your orifice, Ukraine have enough of your fake concern, either put up or keep the fuck quiet.

Putin doesn’t want a rules-based order or cooperation or democratic values. These nimrods have been focused on bashing Trump when they should have been bashing Putin. Meanwhile, Ukraine lost 4 years of time, money and patriots.

    Concerned!
These “diplomats” should all get poop soup for three solid days each time they say this wholly worn-out word.
Guys, let’s face it; no matter what mafia land and/or Mini-Me do, we will not see strength or determination from our governments. The rug runt and Loony Luka know this, otherwise, they would not committ such crimes.
