Macron “fully” shares Biden’s desire to open dialogue with Russia.

The international community must draw “clear red lines” with Russia. This was announced by French President Emannuel Macron, CBCnews reports.

According to him, the international community should draw a “clear red line” with Russia, including implementing sanctions after any “unacceptable behavior” by Russian President Vladimir Putin. In his opinion sanctions alone are not sufficient.

In addition, Macron “fully” shares Biden’s desire to open dialogue with Russia.

“This is the only way to be credible. I think that sanctions are not sufficient in itself, in themselves, but sanctions are part of the package. I do prefer constructive dialogue, but to have a constructive and efficient dialogue, you need credibility,” Macron said.

Meanwhile, the leaders of Germany, France and Ukraine, after holding a video conference on Friday, urged Russia to withdraw the additional troops it has amassed on its border with Ukraine and in occupied Crimea over recent weeks.

German Chancellor Angela Merkel, French President Emmanuel Macron and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky shared concern over the military build-up, the chancellery in Berlin said in a statement, adding, “They demanded the withdrawal of these reinforcements to reach a de-escalation.”

  1. “Macron “fully” shares Biden’s desire to open dialogue with Russia.”
Clearly, the appeasement of the rug rat goes on. There is no “plan B”. Discharging empty words is all there is.

  2. The word on the street is Macron tried to persuade Zelensky to give water to Crimea when they met recently, thankfully Zelensky refused.

      • All it needs is Macron or Merkel to say, move another millimetre into Ukraine, and be prepared for hell. They have the tools to destroy Muscovy economy without the help of the US.
