In the city of Leninsk-Kuznetskiy, Kemerovo Region, the guardianship authorities seized a one-year-old daughter with a disability from her mother, soon after which the girl died in the orphanage. A message about this was published in the community “PE Leninsk-Kuznetskiy 112” in “VKontakte”. The regional prosecutor’s office began an investigation in connection with this publication.
The unnamed post says that on January 16, doctors came to the house of a resident of Leninsk-Kuznetsky named Alena to examine her daughter, who suffers from Dandy-Walker syndrome . The woman could not let them into the apartment, since the door was locked from the outside – she herself asked the man with whom she lives.
Alena explained that everything was fine with the child and suggested that the doctors come back later, the author of the message claims. However, they responded by calling the inspectors of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Juvenile Affairs (MIA) and guardianship officers. “They broke down her door, saw that the child’s life was not in danger, the house was clean, the child had food and medicine, her mother was sober,” the post says.
Then the child’s mother had a conflict with one of the PDN employees, who, as the message says, “began to behave defiantly.” In response, Alena insulted her. An employee of the PDN wrote a statement against her under the article about insulting a representative of the authorities. Alena was summoned to the Investigative Committee, and her daughter was taken away – and her mother was not allowed to see the girl.
On February 25, the woman was informed that her daughter had died in the orphanage, suffocating while feeding, according to a message on VK.
The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Kemerovo region confirmed to Interfax that the girl was removed from the family by decision of the guardianship authorities. According to the police, this was done due to the mother’s refusal to “allow doctors to see a seriously ill child.” The Ministry of Internal Affairs claims that there were no violations in the actions of police officers, according to preliminary data.
The Prosecutor’s Office of the Kemerovo Region announced that it was going to check the actions of the police, as well as to assess the “living conditions of the child with the mother” and the legality of the girl’s removal from the family.
This is the sort of criminality we see with child authorities here in the US. two of my grandchildren were taken from my daughter, given to my wife and then taken back. The kids were taken back for no reason. I fought and got them back after two years and over a quarter of a million dollars expenses. I could not sue for sanctions against Georgia DFACS because they are a government agency, although the case worker was fired because we caught her in perjury. They are animals.
The child authorities crooks are obviously the same the world over.
