Petersburg courts ban five more anime

Update. The Kolpinsky District Court of St. Petersburg also banned the distribution of the anime “Aki and Sora” in Russia,

according to the joint press service of the city courts.

The Vasileostrovsky District Court of St. Petersburg has banned four animes from being distributed on the territory of Russia – “The Prince of Darkness and the Hero”, “The Prince of Darkness from the Back Desk”, “Manyu’s Blade” and “Still Life in Gray Tones”.

In the telegram channel of the united press service of the courts of St. Petersburg, there are links where you can watch these anime. By court order, they are required to be blocked for viewing on the Internet.

Earlier in January, the Kolpinsky District Court of St. Petersburg banned the distribution of the anime Death Note, Inuyashiki, Tokyo Ghoul and Elven Song.

As the  journalist Alexander Borodikhin suggested , Roskomnadzor could interpret the court’s decision to ban information on specific links as “a ban on content in principle.”

  • Animes are negative factors to the state and to the people. Stealing vast sums from the state and from the people is not. Murdering anyone opposing the crime syndicate dictatorship is just fine. Ruining the country’s economy is good. Making war on your neighbors is righteous.
I could never drink enough hair tonic to make my brain perforated enough to reach the low level of thinking in today’s Russian “government”. What is it that makes them so utterly stupid?
