Kremlin explains what Putin’s promise “not to abandon Donbass” means
Russian President Vladimir Putin has promised not to abandon Donbass, because Russian-speaking citizens in this territory “are deprived of social security and there is no one to help them except Russia”. This was stated by Putin’s press secretary Dmitry Peskov, – RBC reports.
“You know that there are many Russian-speakers living there, they are deprived of social security from their state – Ukraine”, – Peskov stated.
“It is Russia that organizes convoys of humanitarian aid one by one, it is Russia that provides other assistance to these people. And Russia will continue to do this, because if not Russia, there will be no one else to do it”, – he added.
Of course, Peskov did not say that “it was Russia” who unleashed the war in the Donbas and “it was Russia” that cut off the residents of the occupied Donetsk and Luhansk regions from social security of Ukraine.
As reported, Russian President Vladimir Putin, who had previously repeatedly stated that Russia was not a party to the armed conflict in the Donbas, stated at a meeting with journalists on February 11 that “the Donbass will not be abandoned”.

The asswipe Pest-cough has not even come close to the true reason why mafia land “won’t abandon Donbass”. Naturally, saying so would not be a healthy thing for anyone to do.
So, let me illuminate. The pestilent dwarf called Vlad Putin simply cannot pull out of Donbass. It is a ball-and-chain, locked to his ankle for as long as the sewer rat lives.
