The Turkish police detained the culprit who appeared to be the garbage collector
An unknown knife wielder attacked three Russian citizens in Istanbul. All three were taken to the hospital, RIA Novosti reports.
Two women and a man received the necessary aid; their lives are beyond danger now.
Turkish outlets released the suspect’s image. According to Russin media, it was a garbage collector. The police of Istanbul took him in.
A wtiness called the ambulance and told the local TV reporters that one of the attacked women suffered seven wounds. The witness said that immediately before the attack, the knife wielder begged for some money but the Russians refused.
The police claimed that the atttacker has repeatedly committed crimes.

Seems a little harsh arresting a guy for just doing his job. Send him to Ukraine we need some garbage collecting too.
