Peskov: Putin will not “shoot himself” for revenge on Ukraine
Dmitry Peskov, a spokesman for the Russian presidency, said that President Vladimir Putin, “will not shoot his foot in order to avenge the partners who crossed the red lines.”
Peskov confirmed, in an interview with journalist Vladimir Solovyov, that Putin would respond to them, in a thoughtful and logical manner.
Commenting on the issue of cooperation with Kiev, Peskov said, “It is not his habit, to shoot himself in the foot for revenge on someone. His reaction is thoughtful and logical, and depends on arguments.”
