Defense Ministry informs about attempted violation of Belarusian airspace

August 24, Minsk / Corr. BELTA /. The Ministry of Defense informs about an attempt to violate the airspace of Belarus. BelTA learned this from the department.
On August 23, at about 19.30, the air force and air defense forces on duty suppressed a provocation from the Republic of Lithuania in the area of the Volkovschina settlement of the Oshmyany region. A probe of eight balloons with anti-state symbols was launched from the adjacent territory.
Thanks to the actions of the crews of the Mi-24 helicopters from the air defense duty forces, the flight of balloons was stopped without the use of weapons. The military department prepared the relevant materials and sent them to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus to prepare a note to the Lithuanian side.

So these are the provocations that got Luka so excited. Wouldn’t like to see his reaction if a squadron of F22s crossed over the border.

Wow! Two people came. Must be two of Luka’s relatives.

Yeah, and state TV said only 20,000 opposition protestors turned up. That’s what happens when you invite RT to run your propaganda.

Yeah. They also said only 10% voted for Svetlana. I think such statement woke up even the sleepiest vodka addict now.

Have to wait and see how long these protestors can go on. It’s all fine turning out on a nice summers day to protest. Have they got the resolve to turn out in the middle of winter, like Ukrainians at Maidan?

I’m afraid peaceful protests won’t hurt Luka. The 400.000 should have stormed his residence and burned it downe. That is what Luka was waiting, or hoping for. It didn’t happen. Was it good? Nobody got hurt, so i guess yes. But was that effective? Definitely not. Rats like Luka must be chased away by force, like ukrainians did with Yanu. Otherwise Luka will tire them downe and stay in power.

Problem with that approach, Luka will call his dictator buddy and thousands will be slaughtered.

There is no other way. Like you said yourself before, if one is not ready to die, one will not have a (free) country. But belarussians must make this decision, not me or any of us.

If Muscovy stayed out of it, then the opposition will win, but nobody wants a repeat of Grozny, then a terrorist installed as president.

I doubt Putin would get away with slaughtering another ruSSian tribe. In particular not after the attack on Navalny. The use of force could provoke a Moscow Maidan, which would solve all our problems at once.

The Russian propaganda machine has not gone into full swing yet, are they waiting to see if Luka can handle it himself, before Putin sends in the murder squad?
