  • UIA has lost me as a customer. I flew this airline twice, thrice or more a year. Over the past couple of years, the service has been reduced and the prices have gone up. Once, as an example, I was pulled out of the boarding line because my carryon bag was a little too large (no, it wasn’t a full-sized suitcase). I had to pay extra for that size (after paying 15 Euros for changing my seat for one with more legroom. That pissed me off. There will be no more UIA for me.
