Odesa’s Chornomorets stadium sold to U.S. company for US$5 mln
The U.S. company bought the stadium along with offices, a fitness center, restaurants, a hotel, and an underground parking lot.

The buyer paid US$5 million, or UAH139 million, the TaToTake football program said on Facebook on May 24.
The stadium was owned by Ukraine’s State Deposit Guarantee Fund, and only the seventeenth attempt to sell it was successful.
The first auction to offer Chornomorets for sale was held a year ago with the starting price set at US$40 million. In March 2020, the price was lowered to US$10 million, but the asset did not find its new owner then. The U.S. company bought the stadium along with offices, a fitness center, restaurants, a hotel, and an underground parking lot. The new owner has already contributed 10% of the overall price.
It is the home stadium of FC Chornomorets Odesa football club, which in the season 2019-2020 plays in the First League. In recent years, the stadium in Odesa has been hosting matches for the Ukrainian Super Cup.
