OSCE creates advisory council for solving situation in Donbas

According to OSCE Special Representative Heidi Grau, the council’s tasks will be developing policy recommendations within its competence
The contact group has agreed to set up an advisory council in order to come up with proposals for a political settlement of the Donbas conflict, Special Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office in Ukraine Heidi Grau informed about it on Wednesday, RIA-Novosti reports.
“The political working group discussed issues related to the special status of ORDO and ORLO (separate regions of Donetsk and Luhansk regions – 112 International.) under paragraph 11 of the Complex of Measures (concerning implementation of the Minsk agreements – ed.). It was also decided to create an advisory council under the working group, the draft of its powers and working order was agreed on. The council’s tasks will be developing policy recommendations within its competence,” Grau told reporters in Minsk.
As we reported earlier, the contact group in Minsk has a week to determine people for exchange between Ukraine and occupied Donbas and the areas for disengagement of forces as TASS informed, citing Deputy Head of the Administration of the President of Russia Dmitry Kozak.
“We agreed to maximally concentrate during the week on the definition of all people who should be released mutually…Until March 25, it is necessary to verify all people who are ready to participate in this exchange,” Kozak said.

Hmm, see nothing, hear nothing, say nothing, do nothing. That about sums up the competence of the OSCE.

Just what we need, another commission. It’s really quite simple, Russia invaded, Russia must go home. Leave it to Eurocrats to turn that into something “complicated.”
Minsk group results = zero
Normandy group results = zero
Triparty group results = zero
UN resolutions results = zero
PACE resolutions results = minor sanctions
NATO results = minor training
OSCE read my lips…there is NOTHING to negotiate, Ukraine is sovereign land.
