Former consul of Ukraine in Barcelona Oleksandr Khrypunov was appointed as advisor of President’s Office Head Andriy Bohdan. Earlier, he justified the ‘dictator laws’ of the Yanukovych regime and revile Euromaidan.
Besides, the former partakers of the negotiations with Russia on November 19-20 2013 in St. Petersburg also got the positions. The Cabinet of Ministers decided to stop euro-integration on the results of the talks. Particularly, Ruslan Demchenko, Serhiy Kamyshev, Inna Yemelyanova and Volodymyr Yelchenko.
In July 2019, Ruslan Demchenko was appointed as the advisor of the president. Earlier, he occupied the same post during the presidency of Petro Poroshenko.
Volodymyr Yelchenko was Permanent Representative of Ukraine at UN during the presidency of Petro Poroshenko. In December 2019, he was appointed as Ukraine’s Ambassador to the U.S. during the presidency of Volodymyr Zelensky.
Serhiy Kamyshev, then deputy head of the Cabinet of Ministers’ Secretariat, was appointed as the ambassador to China in December 2019.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky offered to pass the draft law on extending the campaign on screening the Ukrainian officials. According to the offer, the campaign will now also involve the officials appointed after February 23, 2014, till May 19, 2019.
