It has not yet been decided where Iran would send the box to analyze the data.

According to the message of the Embassy of Ukraine in the Islamic Republic of Iran, the cause of the PS 752 plane crash in Iran was technical malfunction; the theory with the terror attack is ruled out.

“On 01/08/2020 approximately at 6:00 Tehran time (around 4:30 Kyiv time) after take-off from the Tehran Imam Khomeini International Airport, Boeing-737 of the Ukraine International Airlines en route to Kyiv crashed. According to preliminary information, the plane crashed as a result of an engine accident due to technical reasons. Currently, the theory of the terrorist act is ruled out,” the Embassy stated.

As we reported earlier, Boeing 737 of Ukraine’s International Airlines, flight PS 752 with 180 passengers aboard crashed in Tehran, not far from Imam Khomeini airport. Iranian Tasnim News Agency informed about that, pointing out that the reason of the crash was a “technical malfunction”.

As of 7 a.m. January 8, the fate of passengers remained unknown. Local authorities feared that no one survived, because the plane was visibly on fire as it was falling, CGTN reported.

  1. Iranians are jumping to claim mechanical failure….of an American plane. Also very interesting that 2 passengers were checked in to fly but did not board the plane. This is looking more and more fishy…

  2. I see nothing in this article that says Iran won’t hand over the black boxes. This is just 112 stirring more shit with orders from the Kremlin.
