Until the end of January the E-Baby application will be launched in 10 Ukrainian cities. The program was tested in Kharkiv on Friday, as Prime Minister of Ukraine Oleksiy Honcharuk said on his Facebook page.

“In the Kharkiv city perinatal center, the parents of a newborn baby for the first time received 6 necessary services on only 1 application,” – the head of government wrote.

They did it in a few minutes with the help of E-Baby. The Prime Minister noted that without a program, they would have needed to fill out 37 forms to fulfill their needs and walk around offices a lot of time.

“Until the end of this month, this service will be possible in another 10 Ukrainian cities. In particular, Kyiv, Dnipro, Odesa, Zaporizhya, Rivne, Kryviy Rog, Lviv, Lutsk, Vinnytsa and Mariupol,” – Honcharuk said.

The use of the application is that from the beginning of its work, Ukrainian parents will need to fill out only one application, thanks to which they will receive 10 services already in the hospital or on the Diya website. The program will allow you to use services such as: state registration of the birth of a child and registration of his place of residence, as well as his registration in the electronic health care system and registration of the child in the State Register of individuals – tax payers; appointment of assistance at birth; obtaining certificates of parents and children of a large family; determining the origin of the child born whose parents are not married and determining her belonging to the citizenship of Ukraine, as well as assigning her a unique entry number in the Unified State Demographic Register; assignment of allowance to large families

  1. I like this story. New parents should have time with their little one, not bureaucrats. Bureaucrats cost citizens time and money and they are also a constant temptation for corruption.
