President Vladimir Putin and his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelensky have agreed to begin work immediately on a new prisoner swap, Ukraine’s presidential office said. On Sunday, Ukrainian government forces and Russian-led troops in eastern Ukraine completed a large-scale prisoner swap.
