Russian President Vladimir Putin is going to visit Russian-occupied Crimea, where the de-facto “Crimean authorities” on Monday, December 23, are planning to launch railway traffic along the so-called “Kerch Strait Bridge” that connects the annexed peninsula with mainland Russia.
