Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said during the broadcast of the “Pravo na Vladu” program on the 1+1 TV channel that he doesn’t want to allow the construction of a wall on the border with the Donbas and called it “the last option.”
The Ukrainian President recalled that Kyiv had approved five scenarios for the reintegration of the Donbas territories. “The wall is not a plan “B,” personally for me it is a plan Z,” said Zelensky. According to the Ukrainian President, he would not want this option applied.
Earlier, on December 5, Zelensky’s aide Andriy Yermak spoke about plans to build a wall on the border with the Donbas. He noted that this would be done if Ukraine fails to agree with Russia on a ceasefire and exchange of prisoners at the Normandy Four meeting in Paris on December 9.
On December 3, the office of the Ukrainian President announced the approval of five options for the reintegration of the Donbas.
The Normandy Four Summit was held in Paris on December 9. Following the meeting, the leaders of Russia, Ukraine, France, and Germany signed a memorandum in which they agreed on a ceasefire in the Donbas and the exchange of prisoners until 2020.

Ze is perfectly correct, build a wall and the territory is gone forever.
I don’t know what his plans might be, but as i see it I favour the long wait, let economics and civil unrest do the work. Money needs to be spent that vatnikistan doesn’t have, work and wages, food etc.
People will soon get pissed off when they can’t work, can’t travel or even live in a civilised manner.
