Gazprom has appealed against Arbitration Court’s Decision on Fuel Supply Contracts to Ukraine.
“Complete victory! Ukraine wins again! We have won the appeal against Gazprom’s first complaint against the Stockholm Arbitration’s decision,” Yuriy Vitrenko said.
As we reported earlier, the new gas transit contract must be concluded in accordance with European rules. It was stated by the executive director of NJSC “Naftogaz-Ukraine” Yuriy Vitrenko on his Facebook page.
“The new transit contract with an operator separated from “Naftogaz” should be concluded in accordance with European rules, and such a contract should be fair and balanced itself,” he said.
Vitrenko is convinced that there are no legitimate grounds for a new contract for the transit of gas through Ukraine not to be concluded in accordance with European rules, and “Naftogaz” expresses its willingness to work diligently on this.
