A week-long seminar for the newly elected MPs, which took place this summer in Truskavets resort in the Carpathians, cost “Servant of the People” 10 million UAH (about 413,759 USD).

The social movement CHESNO (“Honestly”) reported about the cost, referring to the data of the party’s financial report for the third quarter of 2019.

The training of future people’s deputies was organized through LLC Balneo-Tour. This company received more than UAH 7.7 million (about 318,594 USD) for its services, this amount also includes living expenses.

For the services of the Kyiv School of Economics, which was headed by the current Minister of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine Timofey Milovanov, Servant of the People paid almost 2.1 million UAH (about 86,889 USD).

Another UAH 145 thousand (about 5999 USD) the party paid to Ukrainian railway company Ukrzaliznytsia for the trip.

The cost of a weekly training, transfer, accommodation and meals per participant was approximately 38 thousand hryvnias (about 1,572 USD).

QHA media reported that the Servant of the People party did not officially hire a single person and did not spend any money on wages. The column “party apparatus workers” indicates “0”. For comparison, the “Fatherland” employs 73 people, the “European Solidarity” – 46, the “Voice” – 3, the Radical Party of Oleg Lyashko – 20. For the third quarter, the party “Servant of the People” spent UAH 240 million, of which the salary payment is indicated as zero.
