The Moskali must not be allowed to redefine terrorism. We have seen this movie before. This isn’t the fist time they persecuted the Tartars simply because they are Tartars living on their ancestral lands. The judges should laugh at the attempt at trying to make something out of nothing, but these aren’t judges, they are Kremlin puppets.
The judge’s independence and integrity is only possible in a system where state powers are strictly separated with an appropriate mechanism of checks and balances.
In a country with a centralized and authoritarian party rule, the judges are simply an extended hand of the executive branch, or even more precise, the party’s agents in the field of judiciary.
