Parnassus was reportedly a translator for lawyers representing Firtash.

A man familiar with the situation told the agency that Parnassus and Fruman worked for Firtash for several months.

Also, according to the source, Firtash financed the activities of two associates of Giuliani. For what kind of activity or services, how much money they received and for what period – the source did not specify. It is known that Firtash paid for private flights of Parnassus and Fruman to the United States and their trips to Vienna.

In an interview with the agency, Giuliani admitted that Parnassus and Fruman have “ been to Vienna three to six times in the past two months .” At the same time, Trump’s lawyer refused to disclose the reasons for the trips.

In recent months, Parnassus has been on the legal team of Firtash and spouses of lawyers Joey DiJenova and Victoria Tengsing. The company was engaged in the criminal cases of Firtash and in order to prevent the extradition of the oligarch to the USA.

The law firm DiGenova & Toensing, LLP has confirmed their partnership with Parnassus.

The fact that Parnassus worked in the legal team of Firtash as a translator was also confirmed by the former lawyer of US President Donald Trump, John Daoud, who now represents the interests of two associates of Giuliani.

The agency adds that shortly before the detention in an interview with Reuters, Parnas said that Firtash was ” framed by US prosecutors and diplomats.”

“ They detained an innocent man, such as Dmitry Firtash, and portrayed him as such a bad mafia guy, which he clearly is not. This is one of the most honest businessmen. An incredible businessman, ”said Parnassus.

In his opinion, Firtash was the victim of a “ clique that was involved in suppressing corruption by Joe Biden and his son in Ukraine.

“The same people are involved, the same characters,” he said.

Parnassus refused to disclose what he was doing for the oligarch, and advised him to ask the lawyers of the latter with questions.

Recall, on July 16, the Minister of Justice of Austria made a final decision on the extradition of the Ukrainian oligarch Dmitry Firtash to the United States . Firtash’s lawyers appealed for the resumption of the extradition proceedings. Therefore, extradition will not occur until there is a new court decision in this case.
