The 74th session begins tomorrow, while its high-level week will be held Sept 23-27. Public Domain Pictures The United Nations General Assembly included an item on the situation in the occupied Ukrainian territories on the agenda of the plenary week at the level of heads of state and government, which will begin on Sept 23, that’s according to a representative of Ukraine’s Permanent Mission to the UN, Oleg Nikolenko.
“A minor but procedural win. Today, the UN General Assembly by voting approved the procedural decision to include the item ‘The situation in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine’ on the agenda of its next session,” Nikolenko wrote on Facebook on Monday. Nikolenko also noted that 65 votes were cast in support of the decision and 17 – against it.
He recalled that the new, 74th session begins tomorrow, Sept 17. “The inclusion of the item will allow Ukraine and the international community to keep abreast of the developments in Donbas and Crimea, discuss problem issues point-to-point, and initiate resolutions in support of efforts toward a peaceful settlement,” Nikolenko emphasized.
He added that the Ukrainian side is preparing for a high-level week at the UN General Assembly on Sept 23-27.

More gas…
Yes from both ends.
You may wonder why i’m still so busy here on. I got the flu and except for alcohol and internet i have to stay quiet…
Oh no. The flu sux, maybe you need some Tobasco sauce….!
Man! Just chatted with OnlyFacts and a few others. They are so sad, they want to join us but can’t. They are no tech freaks and fail to register. Also they said something about a ‘join’ button not working and not accepting their data…
They need to download the WP app. They will then be permanently logged in.
Btw, someone calling himself ‘Glasnost Gone’ is producing some excellent material also on WP.
Yes indeed and we are following Glasnost Gone. Aside from the WordPress “Reader” page I could repost some of their work.
Do you know if they got sent invites? If you can get their emails I can invite them.
Give me a day. Facts may try a few things and tell me if it worked.
This is what Facts said when i asked him to join:
I want to, Mike. But, I admit that I don’t know how to do that. The closest thing I found on your new website that has anything to do with joining is a “contact” button. I gave in my info but nothing happened. Was I even in the right site? 🙂 Veth gave me this link https://ukrainetoday.org/
All I need is his email address. I will send him an invite, he clicks on a link in the email, and he will have access.
I wrote him what you just posted. He’s busy during daytime, he may respond in the late evening. As soon as i have his permission i will give you an e@mail to invite him.
Great, be good to have facts back, and any others you can get emails from.
I found Only Facts through his Contact message and sent him an invite. Others can do that too or click on the Follow section below the translator…I think, lol
LMAO!
Moscow are planning to sue Navalny for illegal possession of dangerous weapons… two knives stuck in his back…
Hey Mike, I think you and the girls worked on the logo before, do you think it is possible to add a very small “.org” after “Ukraine Today” ?
This might help internet searches since the Ukraine Today .com is already taken.
Check your Disqus inbox. 😉
Absolutely fantastic…Suzanna is the best!
Just checked the website (i usually use the app)… looks awesome! 👍
