This is absolutely real,” he said during the 16th annual meeting of the Yalta European Strategy (YES) in Kyiv, an UNIAN correspondent reports. According to Honcharuk, this requires an agreement with Belarus and Poland, and Ukraine is already taking steps in this direction.
