Moskalkova proposes to stop criminal investigations relating both to Russians and Ukrainians on equal footing

She noted that the prisoners swap between Russia and Ukraine should become a part of the system actions on the Donbas conflict de-escalation

Russian Ombudsman Tatyana Moskalkova suggested Ukraine signing an agreement, which would allow stopping criminal investigations of Russians and Ukrainians on an equal footing. This Moskalkova’s statement reads published on the official website of the Ombudsman.

“It would be useful to conclude the inter-state agreement regulating the legal status of the persons having Russian and Ukrainian citizenship and wishing come back home, which could resolve the issues of qushing of the criminal prosecution on an equal footing,” the message reads.

Despite the exchange between Russian and Ukraine and coming back of 35 citizens of the Russian Federation from Ukraine, “there are a lot of Russian citizens in the detention centers of Ukraine who are in need of help, protection their rights and who wish to get home back, that is why it is important to continue the work”.

“I believe that today’s big step on the return of citizens of Ukraine and Russia should become a part of the system actions on the Donbas conflict de-escalation as well as stabilization of the situation on the East of Ukraine,” Moskalkova said.

  • “there are a lot of Russian citizens in the detention centers of Ukraine who are in need of help, protection their rights and who wish to get home back, that is why it is important to continue the work”.

Fucking bitch. There are a hell of a lot more Ukrainians in Crimea and Russia that need their rights protecting, not forgetting all the prisoners in Donbas. If these Russians had not committed crimes in Ukraine, they would not be in prison, can you say the same about all the Ukrainians in Russian prisons?

    • Ukrainians become criminals in Muskovia simply by showing up. The police will be sure there’s some evidence planted. Of course she would like to have criminal prosecutions stop for Russians, Ukrainians are not committing such crimes. It’s about damn time to require visas from the Horde and Ukraine can both find out who is coming in and make some money.

  • Agreed guys. Pretty much innocent Ukrainians in Pootlerstan jails, convicted on trumped up charges in Kangaroo kourtz!
As previously stated, the moskali swamp dwellers in Ukraine jails are charged or convicted for real criminal activities.
This teeter totter does not balance.
