Over 300 bills already registered in Verkhovna Rada – Razumkov

More than 300 draft laws have already been registered in the Verkhovna Rada of the 9th convocation.

“… almost 300 bills have been registered, including 67 bills determined by the President of Ukraine for urgent consideration by the Verkhovna Rada. Regarding 59 such draft laws, there are approved decisions on the shortened terms of their development for consideration, seven bills on amendments to the Constitution have been submitted,” Razumkov said.

He noted that over 120 transitional bills had been registered. The speaker also said that he did not rule out that some bills would not receive support from the committees.

Dmytro Razumkov also reminded that the newly formed government should submit the draft state budget of Ukraine for 2020 to the Verkhovna Rada until September 15.

    • Nah. I give them 30 days to pass at least 300, or another Maidan will happen. 😇

      • Something missing from this equation is that Zelensky DOESN’T want journalists in the Rada. I guess he wants to pass laws but not tell The People what laws they have to follow. I am searching for more information.

      • The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine will have to adopt about 500 draft laws by the end of 2019.
Leader of the Servant of the People faction David Arakhamia said this on the sidelines of the parliament, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“As for legislative initiatives, there are a lot of them. MPs will have to work in committees at the weekend and at night … This is how the Verkhovna Rada should work. Perhaps in three or four months, when we vote for 400-500 draft laws that have been developed, we will slow down. But now the country cannot wait, because people expect quick changes from us,” Arakhamia said.

Thats more then in 26 YEARS COMBINED! HAHAHAHAHA

  • I believe Z is biting off more than he can or should chew. Granted the people of Ukraine want to see change, but this is like a buffalo stampede. Does anyone know which way the stampede will turn, or is this a head down charge into oblivion?
