Medvedchuk: We are in Moscow to accelerate exchange of detainees at their relatives’ request

When asked about the exchange, Vladimir Putin’s press secretary Dmitry Peskov noted that Russian side was not yet ready for the process

The visit to Moscow was made at the request of relatives of Ukrainian prisoners in Russia and in order to draw closer the moment of exchange. The Chairman of Political Council of Opposition Platform – For Life Party and MP Viktor Medvedchuk states this.

“Many media agencies reported that this exchange had already taken place. Of course, we would very much like if it had taken place, even not today, but yesterday or the day before, but unfortunately, there is no such readiness, according to Mr. Peskov,” Medvedchuk commented on a statement by Vladimir Putin’s press secretary Dmitry Peskov.

When asked about the exchange, Peskov noted that the Russian side was not yet ready for the process.

“In order for this readiness to come in, we are in Moscow today as MPs, as representatives of the Opposition Platform – For Life Party, as people addressed by the relatives of these people, those of Karpyuk, Klykh, asking for their release. And this is what we have been doing for a long time. We are here today to bring this readiness as close as possible,” the politician stressed.

  2. Stunt for media to allow making Mentalchuck look like Superman. Z needs to slap these self absorbed cockroaches down the toilet before the lot get totally out of control. If Zwon’t or can’t the nationalists will and that will produce dire consequences.
