Russian fishing vessel sinks in Black Sea

All crew members were saved and taken to the coast of Krasnodar Krai

Six seamen were rescued after Russian fishing vessel caught fire and sunk in the Black Sea. The incident took place on August 11, Russian Emergencies Ministry reported, as quoted by Russia 1 TV channel.

“We got a word that the engine of a fishing vessel caught fire 1.5 kilometers off the coast of Dzhubga settlement, in the Black Sea waters”, said on-duty official of the United Rescue Service in Tuapse district (Krasnodar Krai, – 112 International).  

Units of KubanSPAS service reached the site, as Russia’s Emergencies Ministry coordinated the action on the beach. All six crew members were saved and taken to the coast of Krasnodar Krai.

  1. God must be trying to tell the Russians something; keep your feet on dry land, wipe your ass, wash your hands thoroghly and don’t play with things that can go boom. The Russians are stubborn or hard of hearing.
